How we work
Three rules, and we don't break them.
A small studio only gets to be good at a few things at once. These three are what keep the output from turning into a shelf of half-finished tools.
One at a time
One product gets the studio's whole attention until it stands on its own. Nothing here is portfolio padding.
Ship small
Narrow releases, often, in the open. A small tool that works beats a broad one that might.
Keep it running
Shipped is not finished. Every product gets its own subdomain, its own terms, and no dependency on the others.
First product
Asklist, in build.
Send one link, chase every document automatically until it's in.
One link goes out. The person on the other end uploads from their phone — no account, no password, nothing to learn — and Asklist keeps asking until every document is in.
This is the page they open.
